TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
By commissioning me, you automatically accept my T.O.S.
My rates may be updated at any time, but in-progress commissions won't be affected by these changes.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
I reserve the right to refund your commission if I am unable to complete it due to personal reasons.
PAYMENT
Payments are made upfront through my Ko-fi in USD as currency.
General time limit for payment is 1 week after the initial comission request before i either place you further down the queue or have to completely remove you from it.
REVISIONS
static emotes
Revisions on sketches are free of charge, changes after i started colouring will be charged extra.
animated pixelart emotes
I will provide an update of the character/first frame before animation, at this stage revisions are free of charge.
However revisions during the animation process will be charged extra with the fee depending on the complexity and how many frames need to be adjusted.
REFUNDS
Deposits are NON refundable if the commission is already in progress.
If I have NOT started your commission yet, and you decide to cancel, a 100% refund will be issued to you upon request.*this policy can be updated or changed at any time
